Our Founder, Jamie Laura fell in love with working dogs in the early 1980's.
For years she wondered why they were so special. They were the one species to bond with us and help us in immeasurable ways for centuries. They were truly the best friend of the human.
Finally, after 30 years of working with animals and 15 years of working with people, the penny dropped. Dogs are realistically optimistic daily! She knew we could learn so much from our four legged furry working friends about leadership. Her love of working dogs, and dream to change the world with better, more humanistic leadership, gave birth to the new theory, Welcome Leadership - the Reaptimistic Way was born.
Working Dogs live to work, serve and help others. They do not judge, give of themselves selflessly, offer unconditional love and ask for nothing.
Are they in fact the best example of servant leadership and the epitome of a diverse and inclusive social community? We think so.
What kind of
leader are you?
The kind, kind?
Changing behavior is one thing, changing the way you are perceived and your legacy is a different ball game. Humanistic leaders work in the interest of humanity first.
